The Central Florida market told three different stories in June 2026. Here’s a quick side-by-side look at how Seminole, Orange, and Volusia counties performed in June 2026.

Seminole County

Median sale price: $425,000 (up from $415,000 in June 2025)
Median days to sell: 25 (up from 20)
Properties sold: 569 (up from 544)

Orange County

Median sale price: $449,900 (up from $435,000 in June 2025)
Median days to sell: 28 (down from 32)
Properties sold: 1,639 (up from 1,540)

Volusia County

Median sale price: $350,000 (up from $343,500 in June 2025)
Median days to sell: 41 (down from 43)
Properties sold: 778 (up from 707)

What This Means

Every county in this snapshot saw both rising prices and more homes sold compared to June 2025 — a sign of broad, consistent demand across Central Florida rather than one market carrying the region. Orange and Volusia counties also saw homes sell faster than a year ago, while Seminole County homes took a bit longer, giving buyers there slightly more breathing room.
