Patrick is a Top 1% Realtor in my book. He was very patient and kind, as my wife and I are picky buyers. He made all the paperwork super easy for us. He always responded quickly to our questions and kept us up to date on the latest information when we had submitted offers. He was sending us new listings daily. We were relocating to Orlando around 2009 and there were tons of foreclosures on the market. He probably submitted offers on 50 houses for us. We kept being beat out by cash buyers or offers way over asking from bidding wars. We put an offer on one house and I thought that there would be no way we would get it. To my surprise our offer was accepted! The home appraised for less than the bank was asking and he recommended we counteroffer with the lower appraised amount. We did and the bank accepted the lower price! He truly worked with our best interests in mind and we are still in our wonderful home 16 years later. He even sends us home Anniversary and birthday cards after all these years! Other family members have used him and had great results as well. We would definitely use him again.
