Crunch Fitness Opens New Maitland Location This Week
What Is Opening in Maitland?
Crunch Fitness is opening its 63rd Florida location, Crunch Maitland, on Thursday, August 20, at 701 Maitland Boulevard, Suite 400. The new 43,000-square-foot club represents a $5 million investment in the community and brings Crunch’s newest 3.0 club design to Maitland and the greater Orange County area. It’s operated by CR Fitness Holdings LLC, a subsidiary of CR Fitness Holdings, which currently runs 63 Crunch gyms across Florida and is on track to reach nearly 65 by the end of 2026.
What Will the New Club Include?
Crunch Maitland features expansive strength and cardio areas, Olympic squat racks, performance turf, a HIITZone, and dedicated studios for cycling, hot yoga, boxing, and Abs & Glutes. Members will also have access to premium recovery amenities, including HydroMassage, tanning, saunas, and contrast therapy featuring a Frost Locker and infrared sauna — amenities the company says make this the first Crunch club in Orlando to offer that combination of recovery options.
When Can Members Start Using the Club?
The club opens for a soft opening on Thursday, August 20, at 5 a.m., with a full grand opening celebration set for Saturday, August 22, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The grand opening will include group fitness demonstrations, personal training specials, local vendors, and giveaways.
How Many Jobs Will This Create?
The new club is expected to create more than 70 local jobs across personal training, group fitness, sales, operations, and club leadership — a solid boost of local employment tied directly to this one Maitland location.
