PopStroke Mini Golf Is Coming to Orlando’s International Drive
What Is PopStroke Building on International Drive?
PopStroke is opening its most elaborate mini golf venue yet at 8554 International Drive in Orlando this December. The Tiger Woods-backed golf entertainment brand calls it the biggest and boldest version of itself so far, and the plans back that up. This flagship sits near the Orange County Convention Center, right in the heart of International Drive — Orlando’s busiest tourist corridor.
PopStroke already operates more than 20 locations nationwide, blending mini golf with chef-driven dining and bar concepts. This one, though, is being built as a true flagship, and the scale shows it.
What Makes This Mini Golf Course Different?
The property features two full 18-hole mini golf courses wrapped around a flowing river, waterfalls up to 13 feet tall, and a walk-through cave with live sharks and stingrays. A river system winds through the entire site, crossed by pedestrian bridges and lined with cascading waterfalls. One course climbs in elevation as you play, with several holes built directly above the property’s largest waterfall.
At the center of the property, guests walk through a cave alongside a tank housing six sharks and stingrays as they putt. It’s a level of theming Central Florida mini golf hasn’t really seen before — closer to a theme park attraction than a typical putt-putt course.
What Else Will Be at the New PopStroke?
Beyond the two mini golf courses, the two-story venue will include five bars, indoor and outdoor dining, a rooftop space, a beer garden, event space, and a children’s playground. PopStroke also uses hole-in-one cameras and app-based scoring, plus mobile food and drink delivery straight to guests on the course. Shade trees, cooling fans, and misters are built into the outdoor holes, too — a welcome touch during Central Florida’s warmer months.
Where Is the New PopStroke Located?
The new flagship is going up at 8554 International Drive, Orlando, FL 32819, on the site that formerly housed Pirate’s Cove Adventure Golf. That puts it right in the middle of International Drive, near the Orange County Convention Center and steps from the major theme parks — a natural draw for both visitors and locals looking for something new to do.
When Does PopStroke Orlando Open?
PopStroke’s International Drive flagship is on track to open in early to mid-December 2026, just in time for the holiday season. The timing also lines up with a wave of convention traffic expected to hit International Drive that same month, which should give the new venue a strong start right out of the gate.
