Where Are the Lake Mary Pickleball Courts?
Lake Mary Pickleball courts are located at 221 N. Country Club Rd. in downtown Lake Mary, right next to the downtown playground and community center. Built as part of the city’s Downtown Park Circuit project, the courts officially opened to the public on April 9, 2025 — making them just over a year old, though many locals still don’t realize they’re there.
The Downtown Park Circuit has been a broader effort by the city to connect green spaces, walking paths, and recreational amenities throughout the downtown corridor, tying the pickleball courts into a larger network of community gathering spots rather than standing alone as an isolated facility.
How Many Courts Are There?
There are 5 dedicated outdoor Lake Mary Pickleball courts on-site, along with a covered pavilion where players can rest, cool off, or wait their turn between games. Additional bench seating is placed courtside as well, giving players and spectators a few different spots to sit and watch the action. A shaded walkway connects the courts to the pavilion, making it an easy landmark to spot even before you reach the play area.
What Should You Know Before You Go?
Play is free, first-come first-served, with no reservations required — just bring water, snacks, and your paddle. All courts are ADA accessible, and shade trellises help keep players cool during Florida’s hot, humid summers.
One thing to plan around: there’s no public restroom on-site, so it’s worth planning accordingly, especially if you’re bringing kids or plan to stay for a while.
Since the courts sit right next to the downtown playground and community center, they’re an easy stop if you’re already spending time in downtown Lake Mary for other errands, dining, or events.

Lake Mary Pickleball courts are open daily from 8am until dusk. Court use is limited to 1 hour when others are waiting, so it’s easy to rotate in during busier times without a long wait.

No — access is completely free, with no membership, day-pass, or reservation system required. That makes it an easy, low-barrier way to try the sport for the first time, or to fit in a quick game without any advance planning.
